We are delighted to be one of only 3 Delivery Partners nationwide to have been invited to deliver the new 'Leading Professional Development for Teaching Assistants' course. Delivery will begin in April, and we are currently inviting expressions of interest.

The programme, one of Ambition Institute's train-the-trainer courses, equips participants to deliver evidence-informed training designed to target the persistent challenges faced by your teaching assistants.

Learning from our experts, participants will develop strong mental models for how to adapt and deliver great professional development in their context.

As part of the course, participants will receive adaptable resource packs for six ready-to-deliver sessions exploring the Science of Learning.

The opportunity to deliver this course further builds upon the very successful  partnership that already exists between EMTTP and Ambition Institute through the Early Career Framework and NPQ provision.
