The current tuition fee for the East Midlands teacher Training Partnership will be £9,000 which is inclusive of PGCE certification. You will automatically become a student of The University of Nottingham and have access to the facilities enjoyed by such students. Your PGCE and Masters credits are accreditted by the University and you will graduate alongside the University's post-graduates. 

You can choose to pay your tuition fees up-front or take out a tuition fee loan through Student Finance England. Home students in England may be eligible for a non-repayable Maintenance Grant which is means-tested.

Government Bursaries are available in certain subjects with the amount being dependent on the particular subject and the level of qualification you hold on entry to the course. At the moment, bursaries are available in:

  • Maths 
  • Physics -  
  • Computing
  • Chemistry
  • Languages
  • English
  • History
  • Biology
  • Geography
  • Music
  • Design and Technology
  • Religious Education  

 

Bursaries are non taxable and don't have to be repaid. It is also worth noting that scholarships are available for students with a 2:1 classification, or higher, in Maths, Physics, Computing and Chemistry in partnership with the professional bodies for these subjects.
